Councilmember Andria Tupola will share Bill 10 (Land Use Ordinance) background and highlights followed by breakout sessions for content area-focused study and discussion.  \nTHE WORKING GROUP WILL PRESENT RECOMMENDATIONS BASED ON FINDINGS\, SO PLEASE BE SURE TO ATTEND. WE NEED YOUR VOICE. \nThis is the time to speak up and share your concerns about this over-reaching bill. If passed\, it will make it nearly impossible to keep horses or livestock on Oahu.
